With currently 15 engineering plastics developed in-house, EVO-tech has also earned a first-class reputation in the filament sector. But this reputation is not only based on the impressive variety of products, but above all on qualitative arguments:
Filaments from EVO-tech are flame retardant, UV and temperature resistant up to over 200 °C, electrostatic dissipative, food grade, abrasion and chemical resistant and have certifications for example for aviation.
The development of our own technical plastics is of course coordinated with the processing with the EVO-lizer 3D printers. And what is even more important: if necessary, tailored to special customer requirements.
ABS-ESD (ACRYLNITRIL-BUTADIEN-STYROL-ESD)
Electrostatic dissipative (energy absorbing) material, used in the electronics
industry and in powder processing.
ABS-FR (ACRYLNITRIL-BUTADIEN-STYROL-FR)
Flame retardant ABS, developed for mechanical engineering in the electronic and the
automotive industry.
TPE (Thermoplastic elastomer)
Thermoplastic elastomer with a Shore hardness
of 95 A, ideally suited for elastic or sealing parts.
EVO-SUPP
Soluable support material SUPP enables more complex and small components to be manufactured in less time and lower costs.
PC-LEXAN(Fire-retardent Polycarbonate)
Inexpensive alternative for the aviation and rail
industry. Approval in progress.
PLA (Polylactide)
Compostable biopolymer, slightly glossy surface, is used in design and architecture.
PPS (POLYPHENYLENEn SULFIDE)
High chemical and temperature resistance up to 200°C, high electrical dielectric strength.
